A Living Space is a unique exploration of one summer (50 days) at The Laboratory for Performance – Watermill Center where each year the visionary theatre director and artist Robert Wilson gathers almost a hundred young international artists giving them the opportunity to collaborate with such art world celebrities as Jim Jarmusch, CocoRosie and Philip Glass to mention just a few. This unprecedented film also includes interviews with Robert Wilson, invited artists and participants as well as never-seen-before footage from rehearsals, offering a glimpse of the exceptional creative ferment and the relentless force of expression underlying all Robert Wilson's works.
