It is the night of Everett & Thurston’s 5 year anniversary dinner and they get into a car wreck, leaving Thurston in a coma. Everett is riddled with guilt and has yet to tell him the words “I love you”. Dr. Abdullah gives Everett an opportunity to dive into Thurston’s subconscious, but it comes at a price.
